The hotel offers somewhat spacious rooms with a somewhat larger than average refrigerator, but unfortunately, a strong unpleasant smell lingered in the room and the property showed signs of water damage, making my stay somewhat uncomfortable. The price seemed a bit high considering breakfast wasn't included.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, once we got in, were clean and comfortable with all amenities working, but the overall condition was old and a bit run down. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff trying hard to please, but there were some instances that seemed a bit off. The dining experience was satisfactory and filled me up well, unlike other nearby options. Overall, the hotel offers value for money despite some drawbacks.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were ultimately clean and comfortable, but there was a lingering sewage smell at times. The staff was exceptional in assisting with reservation changes but missed cleaning my room properly once. The location was convenient for visiting attractions like the zoo and the stadium, but the lack of towels and some litter around the area were drawbacks. Dining options were underwhelming with a poor selection, but the homemade jams were a highlight.
